Our Story

Portier Coaching was born from an extension of our approaches to leadership. We both strongly believe in compassionate leadership. 

As senior leaders in Education & Health Care organisations, we found ourselves investing in people and wanting to commit to their development. 

During the pandemic we worked extremely hard, as millions of others did, but we found time to reflect on life.  Coaching and developing others had become our priority, and so we embarked on our journey of training and working together to coach and support others.
