I am a Registered Nurse who has worked in a variety of NHS acute care settings such as Elderly Care, Critical Care and NHS mental health services; Enhanced Dementia and Community CAMHS.

 

I have attained; Diploma in Leadership and Management in Healthcare, an MSc in Healthcare Leadership (Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Programme), the Senior Healthcare Leadership Award (NHS Leadership Academy). With this learning, I have led two services successfully through significant cultural change and restructure. I am a qualified ILM level 5 Coach & Mentor and qualified practitioner in Organisational Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC).

I am passionate about improving peoples’ working lives and developing others to reach their potential. As a coach and mentor, I’ve been able to help others achieve success and manage the complex challenges that we encounter in healthcare.
