I am a Registered Nurse who has worked in a variety of NHS acute care settings such as Elderly Care, Critical Care and NHS mental health services; Enhanced Dementia and Community CAMHS.

I also hold a role as the Head of Organisational Development & Leadership within the NHS. Coaching teams and individuals in clinical and non clinical roles, I also design and deliver workshops for teams, small and at organisational level. 

 

I have attained; Diploma in Leadership and Management in Healthcare, an MSc in Healthcare Leadership (Birmingham University), the Senior Healthcare Leadership Award (NHS Leadership Academy),  The Fundamentals of Organisational Development (NHS Employers).

I am a qualified ILM level 5 Coach & Mentor and qualified practitioner in Organisational Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC).
