I have worked in Education Leadership for over 15 years.

I trained as a coach with Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and have worked as a freelance coach and as an employed Leadership Coach in business.

I love coaching and organisational development so much that I am currently studying an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (MAPPCP) at the University of East London.

I specialise in creative coaching and workshop development - train and development with laughter, smiles and energy.
